Located on the border between Lombardia and Trentino Alto Adige, surrounded by Adamello-Presanella’s group, Ortles Cevedale and Brenta, Passo del Tonale is a natural, open and panoramic amphitheater which extends from 1884 up to 3100 mt. a.s.l. Passo del Tonale, together with Presena’s glacier, are excellent touristic winter areas who give you the possibility to enjoy the snow for an even longer time. Passo del Tonale is the perfect place where you can take your ski lessons as it is sunny, with ski slopes for beginners and not only. You are really spoiled for choice! From the legendary “nera” of Paradiso, 3 km length with a difference in height of 710 mt., to the long and panoramic Alpino’s track, 4,5km and a difference of height of 725mt. You also have to try the direct Presena-Tonale-Ponte di Legno: 11 Km of track with a difference in height of 1740mt. and an amazing view!

During winter, when the snow turns the declines into exciting ski slopes, you go out of the hotel and … put your ski on! The Adamello ski district, connected to Ponte di Legno and to the Presena Glacier boasts more than 100km of ski slopes. Thanks to the perfect maintenance of the ski slopes and the artificial snow there’s no doubt you’ll enjoy a perfect winter break full of amusement and every kind of ski, from Nordic ski to cross-country ski. If you aren’t an athletic type, Passo del Tonale offers sunny tracks where you can have a walk, even with snowshoes, huskies or snowmobile. In the hotel you will find snowboard and ski’s teachers for adults and children. Moreover, you will have the possibility to rent ski and boots in the specific shop in front of the hotel.
